B. in 1975. Professionally involved in arranging light in theater spaces. He was often responsible for performances during theater group tours in Europe and Asia. For several years he was also associated with the Silesian Dance Theater, working out hundreds of hours with dozens of artists from around the world. During festivals he collaborated with from Cullberg Ballet (Sweden), Joe Alter (USA), Uri Ivgi (Israel), Johan Greben (Netherlands), Brian Michaels (United Kingdom), Erik Koung (Macau), Kuik Swee Boon (Singapore), Kibutz Company (Israel) , Jean-Guillaume Weis (Luxembourg). Paweł Murlik was responsible for directing light, working for artists such as Magdalena Piekorz, Jacek Łumiński, Anna Piotrowska, Maciej Kuźmiński, Jerzy Stuhr, Jan Peszek, and Jakub Lewandowski. He is currently associated with the Bytom Theater of Dance and Movement Rozbark. He also works as an industry journalist for Music and Technology and AV Integrations, performing a number of tests on lighting and multimedia devices.
In addition, he is the creator of many proprietary scenarios of shows, including: SYNTH ART, Opening of the European Championships U23 Bydgoszcz 2009, Opening of the European Cup SPAR Bydgoszcz 2004, or a special concert by Martyna Jakubowicz Golub Dobrzyń 2010.
