“In this work every element – choreography, performance, sense of space and timing – reaches independently a very high level ” - A. Z. Kowalczyk, Lublin Courier

Repetition, a visual essay about transitions of identity, questions the essence of repetition itself. The work, with it's complex composition formed by recurring themes, begs a question - is repetition possible at all? As in Bergman's "Persona", here also the differences and similarities between two women seem to blur, to later become visible in detail.

The city-installation version of the work juxtaposes the everyday with the un-logical, un-organic world created by the performers. Their red dresses and unusual movement vocabulary contrast strongly with the mundane setting, creating an image of a surreal world that the characters live in. Their movement is so sharp and so confident, that almost arrogant, yet they seem like they are lost in the surrounding reality.
